The Handbag Studio Shipping & Returns Policy

The Handbag Studio Ships To Ireland

The Handbag Studio currently only ships within the Republic of Ireland. If your shipping address is outside this region, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund. 

We use An Post, Ireland’s trusted national postal service, for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery & Return Costs

All rental deliveries and returns are completely free of charge. We want to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you. Additionally, sending us your item for restoration is also free of charge. We provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of sending your item to us.

Delivery Times

Your rental bag will arrive at your chosen location on the first day of your rental. If it arrives early, the bag is yours to use, and your rental period will remain the same. We work closely with An Post to ensure your bag arrives on time; however, delays may occasionally occur. If the delay is caused by our delivery partner, we will extend your rental period to reflect the delay. Please note, if the delay is due to circumstances beyond the control of both our delivery partner and us, your rental period will not be extended.

For restoration services, delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.

Prepaid Shipping Label

For rental bags, a prepaid An Post shipping label will be included in your package. There will also be a return address label for The Handbag Studio. Simply pack up your bag, attach both labels and drop it off at your nearest post office. It’s that easy!

Sending Us Restoration Items 

For restoration services, we will send you a box along with a prepaid shipping label to send your bag to us. There will also be a return address label for The Handbag Studio. Just pack up your bag, attach both labels and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Sending Us Bags You’re Selling 

We will send you a box along with a prepaid shipping label to send your bag to us. There will also be a return address label for The Handbag Studio. Just pack up your bag, attach both labels and drop it off at your nearest post office. 

Cancellations

Once the payment is processed, The Handbag Studio does not accept cancellations. All rentals are final.
